This was a full time entry level position in La Habra, California located within the greater Los Angeles area. The position consisted of working closely with the project manager for the preparation of construction documents. Most projects were focused towards health care facility renovations with some residential, commercial tasks along side. The startup nature of the firm allowed for flexibility in terms of tasks and responsibilities. This included Leading renovation projects - site visits, meetings, production of drawings. Site visits also included traveling to other cities within California and measuring for as-built's and taking on site photos for office reference. The position also included managing consultant relationships and follow up regarding projects.
